Built as a fully self-contained living space, this detached unit is engineered for multi-generational living, luxury guest accommodation, or even a high-end home workspace.

Bespoke Timber-Clad Garden Room & Independent Living Space

The exterior features a striking black stained timber cladding, designed to recede naturally into garden landscaping. large high-performance sliding glass doors open the entire living space onto a south facing timber deck, creating a seamless connection between the indoor environment and the outdoors.

Integrated Living & Kitchen
The open-plan living zone is centred by a minimalist, freestanding black log-burning stove set on a clean slate hearth. The kitchen is a masterclass in minimalism with integrated appliances, marble worktops, and matching matte black taps to maintain a sleek, clutter-free profile.

Tucked away from the main living zone, the dedicated bedroom space continues the minimalist radial faced Maple plywood. Deeply recessed, vertical picture windows frame views of the surrounding trees while maintaining excellent thermal efficiency and privacy and fully integrated wardrobes with custom Maple doors manufactured by our Joinery team .

The bedroom leads to an ensuite with walk in shower,  leading to a clever integrated utility space, with access back to the main living area. Again which has been thoughtfully designed for easy access and maximising the space of the building.
